Thank you for being here

BOOST is a new initiative to help provide awareness for noteworthy charities/organisations and enhance their causes in a FREE and proactive manner. We offer FREE competitions whereby the members of our community can enter with set conditions to be eligible to win the given prize. To enter they must tag three people, also, like the post, and share the post on their timeline, simple as that. Should our community grow accordingly we will be presenting paid competitions and we will be donating 20% of the profits to a charity of our choice. The chosen charity for the payment will be featured in the competition information.

If you are reading this we appreciate your time and can only ask you to join our community and if you wouldn’t mind giving us a like and sharing our page with all your lovely friends here on Facebook. Thank you.

For Businesses

Businesses that would like to get involved simply message our page with your company details and we’ll reach out to you to arrange the specifics etc. When a company does get involved we will also promote you on our website (when it is live). The competition will be made visually so that your business is promoted as the prize giver and published to our community. When a competition is won we only ask that you agree to also post to your community the winner receiving the prize and we will do the same on our page, again promoting your business alongside the chosen charity for that specific prize. Also, if you have a website would it be possible to feature BOOST with a link to the page/website. We will supply all the details for this via email including logos and instructions for your webmaster.

Statement

As one of the founders of this initiative, Darren Teasdale (Daz Teasdale on Facebook), I am the owner of a group called ‘Kirkham, Wesham, Wrea Green, Freckleton, Lytham Chat’ which has over 8,000 members on which I will also be promoting this initiative. With the increase in paid online competitions we decided to try and do something different and try to offer free competitions which businesses can donate a prize in return for the said promotional aspect which in turn will help raise awareness for both businesses and charitable organisations while giving people the chance to win a prize for nothing but help build the community which we are trying to build.
